NC AFL-CIO endorses Davis
(Snow Hill, NC) - The North Carolina State A.F.L.-C.I.O. has endorsed Don Davis for the North Carolina Senate District 5 in the June 24 runoff.
“I’m very pleased to receive the endorsement of our workers,” said Davis.
Davis was the leading vote-getter in the May 6 primary. He and Kathy Taft of Greenville advanced to the runoff.
The winner of the runoff will take on Republican incumbent Lois Pate in the November election.
